I am an experienced, inviting, engaged and compassionate therapist who enjoys helping people create and maintain healthy relationships with themselves and others. I provide a supportive, challenging, non-judgemental therapeutic environment so that you can feel safe exploring your sexuality, gender, privilege or any other sensitive issue that may arise. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA, polyamory, and kink communities.
It is my job to help you process feelings, question patterns, change unhelpful thinking and behavior, practice essential communication skills, understand yourself and your partner(s) better and learn the tools to better cope with your struggles and intimate relationships.
